Lathe Tube Cutoff Services
At Production Cutting Services we offer lathe type tube cutoff processing for high volume spacer and bushing production. Round tubing with diameters from 3/8" to 8.0" can be cut very efficiently. Our equipment is capable of making precise cuts with chamfered tube outside and inside diameters. Cut length tolerances of ±.010" and perpendicularity of .001" per inch of diameter are routinely achieved with very high production rates. Tubular parts processed in this manner exhibit superior end finish quality and are completely free of burrs.
Our lathe cutoff equipment has the capability to process aluminum, brass, steel, and some plastics, and is an excellent choice for thin gauge materials.
