Drill-Saw Processing
At Production Cutting Services, we can process hollow structural sections, wide flange beams, and channel up to 28" wide, 16" high, and 48' long using highly efficient beam lines (drill-saw systems). With each part cycle we are able to drill in 3 axis and miter or square cut the part to its finished length. This allows the operator to process very large difficult to handle parts complete in one clamping.
All of our processing, testing, and inspection systems are directed by our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system to guarantee the dimensional and structural integrity of everything we produce. We use lean manufacturing strategies that allow us to efficiently process low or high volume orders at very reasonable pricing, and have a strong commitment to excellence that gives us a competitive advantage over other steel parts suppliers. More information about our beam line drill-saw capabilities can be found in the table below.
