At Production Cutting Services, we operate state-of-the-art semi-automatic NC bending equipment with up to 5-axis of control and the capacity to process up to 4.5″ round tubing with a .134″ wall in lengths up to 10′. We are capable of making smooth continuous bends in Carbon Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel tubing and bar. Our tube bending machines have mandrel id support capabilities to enhance dimensional bend quality when required.
Additionally we offer a press bending process for high volume bar and plate projects using die sets custom designed and manufactured by our engineering group. This capability allows us to economically process multiple parts per clamping when a large production volume is required.

1-Ercolina 030 3AXIS mandrel bender w/ Semi-automatic control. Capacity up to 3″ Diameter w/ up to 8 ¾” max. bend Radius / 1.5D. Up to 5′ part lengths.
1-50 ton Hannifin break press capable of bends in bar, as well as tubing, up to 20° max.
